Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
I spent months working 12 hour days cleaning floors and tear down wallpaper the baby on my back and the others crawling inside the playpen. Ha! All was beginning to fall into place, but there was still a long way to go. The house would need an enormous amount of work as well as a passion to shop. To keep the cost within my means I took my kids along to search for hidden treasures at estate sales. We would go from between Thursday and Saturday in garage sales and estate sales buying brand new furniture. In the end, I repainted and smoothed the driveway in the week. My love for furniture repair began when I saw a style that was similar to this. I continued to restore furniture even after we had furnished our house. I rented a booth in the market at my local location and even sold some items there. I was able to outgrow the market because I had many more pieces than I could use. Then I began hosting open houses in my home which saw over 1 000 guests came through on a single weekend and could purchase whatever they saw on the ground floor. Growing Days was created in this house. Growing Days was more than an incredibly successful business, but as well my family. Finding the balance was important to me. I wanted to be a mom and a successful business owner. Growing Days was the obvious decision. The year was 2013, and my sweet daughter Nora joined our 4th child. This was a fantastic direction for my company, but I also needed a vacation. I decided to quit building my old furniture for a while and spend time with my children. It was the ideal thing to do. The phone rang again after several minutes. I was getting calls from people needing help with decorating their homes and interior remodeling. It was mostly those who came to my open residence to buy furniture. After a while, I took on clients at my pace. Soon I had numerous accounts as well as a home renovations company. Had you told me my venture would end up being the premise for a DIY Network show, I would probably have laughed. Actually, I smile slightly when I recall the episode.
